After weeks of planning and execution issues, the new BC Furnace website goes live. I wanted to switch to a WordPress format in order to make the site more accessible to instant changes, updates, promotions from different members of staff, without them having to all be experts in software like Dreamweaver. In addition I wanted a site that was easy to use for my customers, and those seeking information on Furnace Servicing, Furnace Installs, and Furnace Repair. The new website has quick response forms that direct your inquiry to the correct person in the right department, so if you’re not a fan of the phone the form is perfect. That said any emergency furnace issues should still be called into our 24/7 number 604 415 9471 to instantly speak to dispatcher who can then deal with your issue and send out a tech if needed.
